Operations Assistant, Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Monitor closely the progress of job execution against Work Order Instruction (WOI) and ensure compliance.
• Monitor workflows to identify potential risks or deviations from standard operating procedures.
• Detect and prevent contamination with other materials or foreign substances.
• Ensure that warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness is carried out as planned and well maintained.
• Check moisture content of stockpiles.
• Monitor radiation levels by using radiation survey meter and maintain reporting on daily basis (applicable to radioactive copper/gold concentrates).
• Conduct physical inspections focusing on indicators such as particle size distribution, consistency, color, and overall material integrity.
• Prevent stockpile cross-contamination or mixing.
• Document and elevate anomalies or signs of quality deterioration.
