Responsibilities:
- Points Transfer and Card Replacement processing
- Monitoring and resolving Zoho ticket reported by customer
- Coordination with internal and external departments
- Handling of emails
- Submits accurate and effective reports and deliverables before the agreed timelines
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year course preferably Business Administration related courses
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Handles confidential matters professionally
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Resourceful and can adapt to various situations and changes
