Responsibilities:

  • Points Transfer and Card Replacement processing
  • Monitoring and resolving Zoho ticket reported by customer
  • Coordination with internal and external departments
  • Handling of emails
  • Submits accurate and effective reports and deliverables before the agreed timelines

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of 4-year course preferably Business Administration related courses
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Handles confidential matters professionally
  • Results driven and self-motivated
  • Resourceful and can adapt to various situations and changes
