You will get to be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build Careem Food all aligned on the same values of ownership, shooting to the moon and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues and captains.

Responsibilities

Field training job – on‑board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network. Visit them and set up the dashboard on a Careem provided or restaurant device. Restaurant and shop types would include large food chains (top tier), medium and small food outlets (long tail), flower shops and pharmacies. Maintain trackers daily, log all devices dispatched (if applicable) and ensure our food and shops partners go online in a timely manner. Assist with retraining and device troubleshooting should a partner face any difficulties operating our system.
