About the Role
As the Operations Assistant, you will provide key administrative support to Grounds Operations and assist in the effective running of the department. This position will be accountable for assisting the operations team in all aspects of operational support, systems and process training, and financial data. This role will be based in Ormeau in the Gold Coast.
Key duties include:
- Performing a variety of data entry tasks
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Placing and tracking orders of uniforms and other equipment
- Assisting with stocktakes and basic IT assistance for team members (setting up phones/laptops etc)
- Carrying out additional administrative tasks as required, such as assisting with employee inductions, general office tidy up etc.
