Job Description
Space Crew Finance is an international fintech group operating micro-lending businesses across Mexico, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, and the EU market. We are currently launching and scaling a new project in Colombia, and are looking for a strong on-the-ground operational profile based in Medellín who is ready to grow with the business.

Medellín, Colombia
This role requires physical presence in Medellín and hands-on work with local counterparts.
Role Format
Initially, this is an Operations Assistant / Operations Support role with deep involvement in day-to-day operations.
In the mid-term, the role is expected to grow into Operations Manager, and further into Operations Director for the region.
This is a role for someone who wants to build and grow, not just execute predefined tasks.
