Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant – Operations to provide direct support to company operations and management. This role involves assisting with daily administrative tasks, documentation, coordination, and occasional site visits. The scope of work may evolve depending on performance, character, and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations / General Manager with daily administrative and routine tasks
- Prepare and send quotations, billings, and other business documents
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Accompany management to job sites for inspections and meetings when required
- Assist in organizing, monitoring, and maintaining project-related documents
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal staff as needed
- Perform other tasks that support daily operations and management requirements
