We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Support Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in customer support, ticket handling, order management, or back-office operations, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound tickets related to orders, tracking, and shipping issues
  • Update order details, tracking information, and internal records accurately
  • Resolve customer queries and standard exceptions as per SOPs
  • Escalate complex cases when required
  • Maintain proper documentation and internal notes
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
