Introduction

Contact the Sales Team on a daily basis, booking orders, providing information regarding product availability, pricing and delivery, suggesting alternative products and making analysis. Just a couple of tasks of the Sales Support position within Shimano Belgium!

The Challenge

  • Provide colleagues with pricing, product, availability,orderand delivery information.

  • Manage & process customer orders,inquiriesor complaints as the first line of support then escalating where necessary.

  • Be a link between customer & sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share keyinformationand support sales goals.

  • Track the status of customer orders and alert responsiblepersonsshould there be a deviation from plans or a bottle neck.
