Wolf Mentoring aims to help senior leaders in IT and Tech space find and land executive-level (director, VP, C-level) opportunities in the US. We're a small, bootstrapped, profitable company, and at a cusp of scale.

We create compelling and targeted branding for our clients and coach them on navigating and networking in the complex job market.

How do we do it Well, 4 things:

High Conversions: We make sure that when our client applies for a job that fits them, they get a call for an interview instead of getting their resume tossed in the reject pile by recruiters.

This means that:

  • We find fitting roles for our clients across the internet
  • Research to find the hiring manager for that role
  • Build a compelling resume and outreach tailored to that role
