You'll also handle marketing and operational tasks to support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and making websites work smarter.
Key Responsibilities:
1. WordPress & Website Development (Primary Focus)
- Maintain and update WordPress website with new properties and content
- Build and optimize landing pages for tenants, landlords, and dual audiences
- Implement email list segmentation and automated property pushes
- Integrate AI chatbots to answer property-specific queries
- Implement online booking and payment systems (Apple Pay integration)
- Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements to enhance UX
