Summary

The Operations Assistant supports the Operations Manager by performing clerical and administrative functions and supervising the Heart of House team to ensure boutique operational standards and exceptional client experience. This full-time in-store role oversees merchandise flow, inventory integrity, and daily operational tasks at the boutique.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via telephone and email to maintain client relationships
  • Support sales floor activities including welcoming clients, wrapping, repair intake and presenting collections
  • Assist with inventory processes including RFID, cycle counts and year-end inventory
  • Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise within 24 hours and maintain document retention
  • Reconcile and balance daily boutique invoices and create/manage invoices in internal systems
