Job Description

**Compensation**:
$10 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and departments.
- Track and analyze company metrics to provide valuable insights.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
- Coordinate necessary documentation and closings with all necessary parties.
- Facilitate training programs for team members as needed.
- Manage bookkeeping expenses and sales.
- Manage social media postings for investor meetups.
**Qualifications**:
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, process mapping, and SOP management.
- Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Web Development, Project Management, or Finance are a plus.
