We are seeking an Operations Assistant with 2+ years of administrative experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of office support tasks in a fast-paced environment.


 Responsibilities:

+ Provide general office and administrative support

+ Update and maintain reports in Excel

+ Handle incoming phone calls professionally

+ Dispatch work and coordinate assignments

+ Support daily operational and clerical needs

+ Learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly


Requirements

+ 2+ years of administrative experience

+ Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

+ Comfortable learning new software and tools

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to start ASAP
