APM Technica AG Philippines is looking for a Procurement and Operations Assistant supporting our administrative activities in the field of Adhesive and Surface modification for the Semiconductor, Electronics and Packaging Industry.


Responsibilities

OPERATIONS SUPPORT:

·       Assist the Sales Team in order processing, sales order confirmation,

delivery scheduling, and other related sales activities.

·       Process order confirmations and generate delivery schedules using the Abacus system.

·       Manage material flow from supplier ordering to warehouse handling and final customer delivery,

ensuring efficient production operations and on-time delivery.

·       Request quotations from suppliers and process purchase orders related to sales transactions.
