Job Description:

The Machine Technician executes the preventive maintenance plan of the assigned machines and performs repairs of machines in the event of breakdown in accordance with the prescribed maintenance standards.

Career Level:

With one (1) year experience in machine repair and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in food technology or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related industry is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA regulations).

  • Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation aptitude and experience with operating production machinery.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
