Within 90 days, you'll confidently own the recurring operational tasks that keep the business running. You'll manage staff availability and rostering, cross-check timesheets with accuracy, and support payroll processing so nothing slips through the cracks.

This role is about stability. When you're doing your job well, the field team gets paid correctly, jobs are staffed properly, and the Head of Operations can focus on growth instead of admin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track staff availability, ensuring accurate rostering for field teams
  • Assign team members to jobs based on confirmed availability and requirements
  • Cross-check daily check-ins and timesheets against rosters for accuracy
  • Follow up outstanding timesheets and resolve discrepancies promptly
