The efficient and safe operation and the maintenance of the physical plant and related building equipment and its controls software, in compliance with rules and regulations set out by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority ( as well as any other regulatory agencies or jurisdictions governing the operation of Natural Gas Cogeneration systems. The primary focus of this position is preventive and demand maintenance and operation of the Cogeneration Plant and the monitoring of the Building Automation Systems (BAS)
