Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and manage the end-to-end administration and office infrastructure operations including facility management, vendor strategy, asset management, cost control, supporting organizational efficiency and employee well-being.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance & repair.
  • Implement Admin-related Policies, SOPs and compliance protocols.
  • Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Plan and execute cost optimization measures.
  • Maintain and audit office assets, ensuring equipment uptime and availability.
  • Maintaining MIS reports, Asset management, maintenance of office equipment’s.
  • Handle attendance, leave data, and third-party for blue-collar employees.
