About the Role

  • Provide analytical and reporting assistance to the department and senior management and external parties (i.e. government)
  • Build relationships with customers and suppliers to facilitate the understanding and resolution of inquiries, and maintaining program compliance, while providing extraordinary customer service
  • Onboard and register new customers and stores and provide training
  • Provide support to operationalize policies, create user manuals, and document processes
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the Business to Business (B2B) Service Representatives
  • Support the B2B Service Representatives with managing and approving claims and returns
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades and enhancements, and issue identification and resolution
  • About You

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
