About the Role
- Serve as the first line of support for administrative and operational functions, providing timely responses, issue resolution, and guidance to stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent staff and vendors.
- Coordinate with FM Leaders to manage, validate, and maintain accurate data within Smartsheet, ensuring updates are completed in a timely and consistent manner.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent.
- 2+ years in operations/admin support, or vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Smartsheet.
