Operations Analyst

Essential Functions The operations analysts act to meet and not impact or minimize the impact on the customer as to changes or extra demands; They are responsible for the operation as a whole, from the monitoring of the systems as well as phone calls, e-mails and messages from various sources and means that we receive and any other necessary tools, always with focus and agility; must report to the leader any item that may affect the operation;  Always analyze the best way to solve various problems related or not to the operation operation itself; Communication has to be clear and constant, aiming at the good of the internal and external information; They have a scale of daily activities, so that they can be directed in which activity they must prioritize; They are in charge of maintaining fluidity and continuous information for the next work shift; Any other task requested by the hierarchical superior, as long as they are not excessively rigorous or any other task requested by ...
