Operations Analyst

Bayzat is a leading SaaS platform for employee benefits, payroll, finance, and insurance, dedicated to empowering companies to streamline people processes and payments.

Responsibilities

• Placing policies with insurers.
• Understand the documentation requirements from all insurance companies.
• Collect and review documents submitted by clients to ensure compliance with necessary requirements; refer to the Confluence checklist and placement process for accuracy.
• Follow up with clients for documents, and escalate to Commercial team leaders when necessary.
• Submit policies (through the insurer’s portal and via email) and follow up with insurers.
• Update and monitor the Salesforce Policy Placement Dashboard daily.
• Ensure compliance with the agreed turnaround time.
• Track and update the accuracy data for each placement (client, operations, and insurer accuracy).
