Operations Analyst

Role Summary

As an Operations Analyst with an AI & Special Projects focus at A/B Consulting, you will play a meaningful role in building and operating the systems that enable the firm to scale thoughtfully and efficiently. This role blends hands-on operational execution with ownership of select AI-enabled workflows that support core internal processes across business operations, technology, and internal systems.

In this role, you will work closely with the Operating Partner and the broader Operations team to support day-to-day operations while serving as the day-to-day owner of a defined set of AI and automation initiatives. You will help identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve efficiency and quality, maintain and iterate on AI-enabled workflows, and ensure these tools are well-documented, adopted, and delivering measurable impact.
