Operations Analyst - Policy Servicing/Policy Processing (Supporting Hong Kong)

• The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Hong Kong market, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for clients.
• The team handles policy servicing requests, such as amendments and renewals, for the Hong Kong market, working closely with clients, brokers, and underwriters.
• They provide customer support to policyholders in Hong Kong, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to policy coverage, claims, and payments.
