Pay Range: $52,458 - $81,036
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Principal Objective
The Operations Analyst plays a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations team. Tasked with the responsibility of analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining processes, the Analyst contributes significantly to a departments overall performance. The Analyst will provide data-driven insights and strategies that enhance decision-making and operational workflows. In addition, Operations Analyst supports and may lead multiple department projects which will require independent decision making, project management, and change implementation skills.
