Commerce is seeking a Business Operation Analyst I in Toluca, Mexico to join a cross-functional team supporting merchants through lifecycle stages. You will analyze finance and operations processes, identify efficiency gains, and help implement scalable changes.

Qualifications include 3+ years in professional roles with 2+ years in operations, experience in SaaS or eCommerce, and familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, Impartner, and Marketo. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
