Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support our client’s process of incorporating new Delaware entities. In this position, you will oversee essential operational tasks, including processing Delaware incorporations, retrieving EINs, ensuring proper execution of corporate operating documents, and issuing founder shares.

You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency, especially in tasks that rely on manual workflows before automation is fully implemented.
