Operations Analyst

Role

This role involves providing technical support in a leading Derivatives support function for one or more Derivatives product areas. You will be part of an established team with a strong presence in Chester for over 10 years, working with global partners including senior personnel from locations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, London, and New York.

Key Responsibilities:

� Client Service: Deliver excellent client service to priority clients, managing cash flows and providing comprehensive support.

� Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve pre and post cash settlement discrepancies, perform cash reconciliations, and clear cash breaks.

� Risk Management: Liaise with Trade Support teams in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New York to resolve and highlight risk and break issues.
