Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams
  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and internal reports
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and office resources; raise purchase requests as needed
  • Support vendor coordination, contracts, and service providers
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
  • Track KPIs, operational metrics, and performance data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
