Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and internal reports
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and office resources; raise purchase requests as needed
- Support vendor coordination, contracts, and service providers
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
- Track KPIs, operational metrics, and performance data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
