Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator for our client based in Sheerness. Our client is a large transport company that deals with the transportation of new and used vehicles across the UK and Europe.


The Role:

  • Allocate work to Compound Drivers using PDA and in-house systems.

  • Face-to-face interactions with Compound Drivers.

  • Update and maintain operational databases and spreadsheets.

  • Prepare and review operational reports.

  • Provide support to the operational team and assist with additional duties as needed.

  • Ensure clear and effective communication with the team and provide feedback.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Operations experience with the ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent IT skills and the confidence and ability to work with new IT systems and databases, as well Microsoft Office. Excel knowledge is a must
