Operations Administrator

Location: Chihuahua, Mexico

We are seeking a contract Operations Administrator to deliver administrative support across our organization. This role will also support supply chain management (SCM) activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative vendor relations and procurement of office supplies
  • Review vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts payable for payment processing
  • Organize internal events such as training, meetings, and staff gatherings
  • Maintain and file administrative documents in line with company policies
  • Handle supplier tax documentation for customer-related requirements
  • Support office inspections and generate maintenance reports as needed
