Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Logistics Coordinator with scheduling duties as required.
- Provide backup/vacation coverage for the Logistics Coordinator.
- Assist with scheduling, need for and availability of rolling stock and production equipment.
- Assist with scheduling of subcontractors, suppliers, waste receivers and other resources.
- Assist with tracking and recording all revenue work on the Current Work List.
- Assign and communicate corporate job numbers.
- Update the sludge, sewage and vacuum log and the waste management pick‑up log.
Waste Management
- Assist in completion and distribution of waste program service documentation (WasteManagement Work Requests & Work Orders).
- Accept, review and verify WM paperwork for accuracy and billing.
