We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Operations Administrator (Applications Focused) to join our operations team. Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, this role plays a critical part in managing pre- and post-installation applications across NSW, QLD, and WA, ensuring a smooth journey from sale through to installation handover.

About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of all application-related tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression across multiple states. You will be the key point of contact for application queries and will work closely with scheduling, operations, installers, and internal teams to keep jobs moving efficiently.
