Overview
The Operations Administrative Assistant is a proactive and highly organised role within the Smith & Smith Operations team, providing administrative and coordination support to Area Managers, the National Operations Manager and Authorised Dealer Channel Managers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the business.
Location and Employment Details
Location: NZ Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Fixed Term: 6 months
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to senior operational leaders and authorise dealer channel managers; manage multiple priorities and deliver a high standard of customer service and operational support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
