Minimum Requirements


Completed Grade 12, plus a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in an administrative role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create purchase orders and submit to suppliers.
  • Support and assist procurement function by providing technical information as required for sourcing.
  • Support financial management by assisting in recovering outstanding debtors.
  • Maintain and promote good internal and external customer relationships.
  • Filing and general administration.
  • Assist with adhoc assignments and data capturing as required.
  • Provide punctual and accurate reporting on completion of customer invoicing.
  • Provide customer communication when required.
  • Maintain and update fleet maintanice report
