Support the branch by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and processes.
Minimum Requirements
Completed Grade 12, plus a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in an administrative role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders and submit to suppliers.
- Support and assist procurement function by providing technical information as required for sourcing.
- Support financial management by assisting in recovering outstanding debtors.
- Maintain and promote good internal and external customer relationships.
- Filing and general administration.
- Assist with adhoc assignments and data capturing as required.
- Provide punctual and accurate reporting on completion of customer invoicing.
- Provide customer communication when required.
