Operations Accountant

The Operations Accountant is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with company policies, timely reconciliation of accounts, and effective coordination with Property Managers and other operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for assigned properties.
• Record and monitor daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
