    • Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops, maintains, executes, and enhances simulation exercises, databases, and OTS related documentation, ensuring standardization and conformance to policies, standards, and criteria.

  • Supports the delivery of simulation training activities.

  • Supports local or national multi-disciplinary project implementation teams.

  • Works with the MACD and other stakeholders to identify the effectiveness of simulation delivery and opportunities for improvements. Determines simulation impacts in such areas as procedures, systems, technology,...
