Operational Technology Security

This role will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and securing the Operational Technology (OT) networks and SCADA server environments. This role bridges the gap between OT operations and the IT corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence through oversight/monitoring, ensuring infrastructure remains secure, compliant, and resilient against emerging threats.
• Network Management: Configure, manage, and audit Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs) and network equipment (switches, routers) to enforce strict segmentation.
• SCADA & Protocol Security: Maintain the security integrity of SCADA applications and databases. Ensure secure implementation of industrial cybersecurity standards IEC 62443.
• Compliance & Frameworks: Align OT operations with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and drive the adoption of IEC 62443 standards across all sites.
