Job Description

This role focuses on day-to-day operational execution, including order processing, logistics coordination, systems data maintenance, reporting, and invoice processing. The role involves working with high volumes of operational and financial data and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage purchase orders and operational records
  • Support coordination with overseas production and manufacturing partners
  • Assist with order execution across multiple operational workflows
  • Maintain accurate data across ERP and related operational systems (e.g., SKUs, shipments, inventory receipts)
  • Coordinate shipments with third-party logistics partners and external fulfillment providers
