About the Team
The Operational Risk Management Lead is part of the second line of defense and provides independent oversight of the Company’s operational risk management activities. The role supports Senior Management in ensuring that operational risk-taking activities are aligned with the Bank’s approved risk appetite, strategies, and regulatory expectations.
Job Description
Operational Risk Oversight
- Provide independent oversight of the Bank’s operational risk management activities, including review, challenge, validation, monitoring, and reporting of key operational risk frameworks and programs (e.g., Outsourcing, Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Risk Incident Management).
- Support the development and monitoring of operational risk appetite statements, indicators, and thresholds, and assist in elevating recommendations to Senior Management and relevant committees.
