Job Description

•Provides critical inputs related to individual work plan/areas assigned to aid the development of short, mid and long-term strategies for the ERMS function.
•Assist the ERMS Head in designing and implementing the continuing enhancement of the Risk Management functions, management philosophy and culture within the organization.
•Report operational risk issues and decisions to senior management on regular basis.
•Helps in ensuring embedding of RM in assigned groups’ daily activities including strategic planning, capital allocation, product development, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree graduates Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business Administration
  • 5 years of solid work experience in the fintech industry handling risk, data, and/or controls.
  • Experience in the Implementation of Operational Risk Management (ORM) tools
