Operational Risk Lead

What You’ll Own:

• Reports to Chief Risk Officer
• Lead the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework—ensure our methodology, tools, and thresholds stay fit for growth, innovation, and regulatory alignment
• Build and empower your team—lead a group of risk officers or associates, providing the training, direction, and support they need to perform at their best
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business units—consult on risk identification, mitigation strategies, and implementation of new processes
• Deploy and maintain risk monitoring tools; lead incident reviews and guide teams through root cause analysis and resolution planning
• Collaborate closely with Audit, Compliance, and Legal to maintain transparency, accountability, and timely closure of audit findings
• Champion Business Continuity Planning (BCP)—ensure all business units are prepared and response-ready for disruption scenarios
