Operational Readiness Knowledge Manager (FLAGCIS) for NATO with security clearance

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the standardization, consolidation, and preparation of system documentation for the FLAGCIS (maritime deployable communication & information system modules).
• Publishes, communicates, and implements a realizable information knowledge management (IKM) plan for operational system documentation for the FLAGCIS system to include timelines, deliverables, as well as responsibilities for drafting and approval.
• Assists in the production, validation, and refinement of systemlevel and technical documentation, operating procedures, maintenance plans, technical schematics, checklists, as well as operator/technical manuals.
• Supports the coordination of documentation of infrastructure and CIS connectivity requirements to upgrade facilities for FLAGCIS.
