An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo).

The selected candidate will join the A350 Wing Lower Cover Production Team . As the primary guardian of product integrity and manufacturing excellence, the jobholder will spearhead quality standards and manage critical customer interfaces. The team is multidisciplinary and operates in a high-energy environment, balancing urgent floor-level interventions with long-term strategic quality planning and digitalization initiatives to drive the plant toward Gold Standard excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Resolve urgent quality incidents on the production line and lead cross-functional teams in Practical Problem Solving (PPS) for complex technical issues.
