We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Specialist in our organization. As a key operational and customer experience expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving customer-facing operational processes.

You will act as a bridge between Sales, Operations, and Global/Regional Operations, ensuring that customer solutions are operationally viable, scalable, and aligned with global standards while meeting customer expectations throughout the full lifecycle of a lease or service agreement.
