Operational Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of technical works projects and maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage MEP maintenance, fit‑out, renovation, and general technical works operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor workforce productivity, resource allocation, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Prepare operational reports, project updates, and performance analyses for management.
• Manage procurement requirements and ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
