Role Overview:
The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and proper storage practices.
Coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Oversee loading and unloading of transport vehicles, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols.
