VeryU in Helsinki is seeking an hands-on Operations Lead to run daily operations, connect secondhand stores, sustainable fashion partners, and internal teams.

You’ll own moving parts end to end, translate weekly priorities into shipped outcomes, align priorities with business goals, and scale processes without friction.
