Grade C - Depot Operations Continuous Improvement team
Location: Agile / Remote with regular depot and network visits

The Depot Operations Continuous Improvement Team provides high-quality operational analysis, benchmarking and evidence-based insight to help Evri understand what drives performance across our depot network.

By combining data analysis, process observation and on-site investigation, the team identifies root causes, quantifies opportunities and supports leaders to prioritise meaningful operational improvements. Our insight drives:

  • Depot-level action through the CI Team
  • Network-wide development through the Ops Dev Team
