Operational Incident Manager (3586)

GTR are recruiting an Operational Incident Manager based out of our Rail Operating Centre in Three Bridges.

This new position carries significant accountability as the key live decision-maker within Southern's operational team. OIMs are part of a 7-strong team rostered 24/7 dedicated to both providing an immediate response to operational incidents that occur, directing the actions to be taken, and physically attending significant incidents on the GTR South' network. This role carries a diverse range of responsibility where no two days are the same.
